Join Region 3 in a fun workshop on how to make felt using ziplock bags, warm soapy water, towels and fleece roving. This technique is applicable for most grade levels as well as practicing artists. Facts about felt as well as uses for created felt will be discussed. Participants will need to bring quart or gallon size ziplock plastic bags, and a towel or two. All other materials will be provided. Fee: $5.00
