Registration Fee Rates for District Membership are based on the total school district student population. Click here for a fee schedule.
1. If you already have a member profile (current or expired) you will need your member log in information to enter the form. If you have never been a nysata member you can log in with your email address.
2. You will become the Key Contact person for your district. You will register yourself and then all of the other teachers for the district membership. You will need a list of district art staff with first and last name, email address, teaching level, building name and address.
3. Upon registering you will receive a confirmation and invoice with payment instructions. Print the confirmation page and submit payment. You and all associated members will receive an email confirmation as soon as payment is received and the membership is activated. Click here for a fee schedule.
1. Individuals designated as Key Contacts may renew District Membership. To complete the renewal, you will need • Key Contact member username and password to log in. If you do not know your log in information, please email [email protected]. • A list of your district art staff withfirst and last name, email address, teaching level and building assignment.
2. You will be able to edit and renew member profiles as well as add and delete to reflect any staff changes for the new year.
3. Upon registering you will receive a confirmation and invoice with payment instructions. Print the confirmation page and submit payment. You and all associated members will receive an email confirmation as soon as a PO or check is received and the membership is activated.
IMPORTANT! Your membership becomes active upon receipt of payment. School purchase orders can take a few days or a few weeks to process. Please plan ahead if using a school purchase order for membership payment.
Distrirct Member Key Contacts
The KEY CONTACT is a person authorized to manage and renew Distrrict Membership. It is usually an Arts Administrator, Art Department Chairperson, or Teacher Leader for the Deparrtment.
View Your District's Member List Key contacts can see members' username and email address. Key contacts can not see member passwords, but the userrname and email address are sufficient for a member to use the automated password reset feature in the log in area.
